Irish Shortbread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1/2 cup superfine/baking sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions:
Blend and mix butter and sugar into a thick paste
Add the flour and cornstarch
Roll out and cut into desired shapes
Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned
Serve with jams, honey etc.. and black tea
